The Meridian Artists Co-Op is a group of artists and interested citizens of the Central East Mississippi and Central West Alabama area who are dedicated to creating a greater community awareness of the arts and art-related events in the area. We are a non-profit, volunteer-run organization.

We offer exhibits, openings, lectures, workshops, and demonstrations. Some of the activities in which the Co-Op is involved are:

1. Outreach initiatives for regional schools

2. Public interactive workshops

Membership in the Co-Op is open to artists who meet the standards set by the MAC; subscribe to the objectives and purposes of the Co-Op; pay any applicable dues; meet membership commitment requirements; and agree to abide by the policies, rules and guidelines of the Co-Op.
