Bylaws require every MAC member to work at the Gallery one day each month -10am to 5pm.  This can be broken down into 2 halfdays - 10am to 1:30pm or 1:30pm to 5pm. Please specify the day you wish to work at the Gallery each month (i.e., 1st Tuesday, 2nd Wednesday morning and 4th Wednesday afternoon):

Hold Harmless Agreement I, the undersigned, hereby apply for membership in the Meridian Artists' Co-Operative and hereby agree to abide by the Bylaws, Policies and Guidelines and Standards of said Co-Operative.  I understand that said membership in the Co-Operative shall be limited to the right to participate in the activities of the Co-Operative and that membership does not carry any rights to assets, profits, funds, or liabilities in any of the said Co-Operative.  I, the undersigned, hold harmless the Meridian Artists' Cooperative as to damage, theft, or any other type of loss to artwork.  This agreement is to remain in force and cover all artwork displayed now and in the future until termination of my membership inthe Meridian Artists' Co-Operative.  When I am participating in any show, exhibition, or gallery participation event, I hereby agree that all artworks shall be juried for presentation and content in accordance with the Policies and Guidelines of this Co-Operative and I promise to abide by all rules and/or regulations contained therein or presented expressly for any show requiring special conditions.  I agree that any fees for shows or gallery space should be paid in advance.  I understand that when exhibiting my work, all work must be ready to hang or display.  I agree to help promote the Meridian Artists' Co-Operative, the MAC Gallery and the exhibit.  I understand any noncompliance with any part of this agreement or the Co-Operative bylaws could result in the forfeiture of my privilege of participating in future events and could be grounds for termination of my membership in the Meridian Artists' Co-Operative.  I agree that I am committing to a one year membership.
